What We Offer
Wellness Bar by Legacy is a new kind of health and wellness center where the focus is on each individual, and what you need to feel affirmed and empowered to take charge of your own health and wellness. And to do so in a convenient, welcoming, and comfortable environment.
Our services are available to all people – of all genders, backgrounds, and cultures – whether you need rapid testing services, wellness support, or connection to care. We’ve also worked to make care affordable with testing and screenings (see below), by accepting most HMO/PPOs, Medicaid, and Medicare, and by providing programs and sliding scales fees to help reduce costs of services.

Personalized Cognitive Counseling (PCC) – to help people explore their thoughts and feelings around sexual activities and reducing future risk.
Testing Together – to allow people in a sexual/romantic relationship to test for HIV at the same time.
Perinatal (Pregnancy) Navigation – to help people who are pregnant make and keep prenatal appointments, plan for delivery, and receive postpartum care.
Adult Gender Care Navigation – to help people considering gender-affirming services to manage the process and locate resources.
